Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TrafficBouncer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TrafficBouncer is a traffic filtering and analytics platform that helps you route visitors to your campaigns based on rules you configure, including bot detection, geo-targeting, and traffic quality checks.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to violate the rights of any third party, or to engage in activity that misleads or defrauds end users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Free Trial & Subscriptions

We offer a free trial period as described on our Pricing page. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance via the payment method described on the Pricing page and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) as described on the Pricing page. You are responsible for sending the exact amount requested; we are not responsible for losses due to sending an incorrect amount, to the wrong address, or via the wrong network.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk for us or others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block 100% of unwanted traffic.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrafficBouncer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or lost ad spend.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
